2.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.
2.3 VAT and Import Duties
We are in the process of registering for VAT in Norway and the United Kingdom.
At this time:
- No VAT is collected at checkout for any country.
- Once our VAT registration is confirmed, VAT collection will begin for applicable orders to Norway and the UK. This information will be updated accordingly.
Buyers are responsible for:
- Paying any VAT, import duties, or customs charges upon delivery, as required by their local authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.

3. Payments
3.1 Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Your payment will be processed in USD via PayPal, and your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, depending on your local currency.

4.2 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
4.3 Delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.
4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Customers have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Finnish consumer law.

5.3 Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
