Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped from Finland.
- Unfortunately Finnish post office charges extra fees for tracking parcels, so the default shipping goes without tracking to make it cheaper. Tracking does not work well, especially when the package leaves the country, therefore I'm unable to guarantee accurate tracking. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
- Please be aware that some parcels might still be subject to custom fees upon securing your package, depending on the country of destination. Some goods may incur additional tax fees for US customers.
- Shipping is currently cut off to Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, El Salvador, Honduras, Laos, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Turkmenistan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Yemen.
After Shipment Policy
- All sales are final. I do not accept refunds or returns.
- Buyers are responsible for the customs fee upon arrival of their package if applicable. Please be aware before placing an order.
- Once the package is shipped, I have no control of the condition of the package. I will do my best to package your items as securely as possible. I will not be able to contact your local post office for you.
- Compensation will be given for heavily damaged packages only when provided photos as proof and buyer pay for the shipping fee.
